All parts made by SSI have been extensively researched for their sizes, material composition and duty. We have assembled, in our opinion, the best team of Mechanical Engineers in their various roles with more than 75 years combined experience. We use the latest three dimensional computer aided design and manufacturing systems available, this means that any part be it metal, rubber, plastic or any other material can be thoroughly checked, measured and drawn before going into production. Parts can also be checked on the computer for their fit and tolerances. Once produced all parts are inspected and assembled with the various original parts that fit around them to ensure perfect fitting replacement parts. We carry out testing of all of our products against original parts to ensure that SSI parts are either of the same quality as parts supplied by the original manufacturer or better. This is done by running separators at our facilities 24/7 using all types of aggressive media running through the separators at high temperatures. Of course we cannot manufacture everything ourselves and that is where we use only the highest quality sub suppliers, often the same suppliers as the original manufacture. We only use SKF and Schaeffler FAG ball bearings, Asco and Burkert solenoid valves and their kits to name but a few. We repair and recondition complete Alfa Laval and Westfalia separators at our premises. All reconditioned machines or bowls are thoroughly tested and run before dispatch and are all guaranteed for 12 months of operation from installation, and supplied with a full certificate. We also repair and supply control systems for both Alfa Laval and Westfalia separators both new and reconditioned. We are able to offer exchange electronic cards to ensure minimum down time. All repaired electronic parts are guaranteed for 12 months of operation.
