We at SSI have over the years built up an enormous amount of experience in the fields of separators, heat exchangers, back flushing filters, triple screw rotor pumps and fresh water evaporators.
We have dedicated rubber technologists formulating new technically advanced polymers which exceed the specifications of the original manufacturer’s giving longer working lives for all our seals, whether they fitted to separators, heat exchangers or any other product we manufacture.
Having worked within the industry for many years we know metalurgically exactly what materials are required depending on where they fit and their purpose.
At all our locations we have the most technically advanced measuring equipment and computer aided 3D modeling systems available in the market.
This ensures that all parts made by SSI can be checked for fit and tolerance on computers before they go into production. Rest assured that after manufacture all parts are fully inspected and then fitted together with original parts before they are then put into stock.
